The screen distorts as reversed music plays in the background. Rosa can be heard repeating the same phrase over and over:
- Rosa: I don't know what I'm saying. Forget what I say.
- Rosa: I don't know what I'm saying. Forget what I say.
- Rosa: I don't know what I'm saying. Forget what I s--
She is cut off, and we see the screen shut off like an old CRT.
A photo of a destroyed living room appears. Over it, the entity from the last video types the following:
- Disassociation was our biggest enemy.
- We had grown too accustomed to our comfortable life. Back then we were safe.
- While imperfect, almost every single need we had was abetted by the deftly woven nets we had constructed over centuries. But the human mind is hardwired for conflict and will instinctively seek it out at any cost - it's an inescapable trait written into our genetic memory. With no immediate obstacles present, we either devoted our time to fine-tuning the systems we had or invented problems of our own. We had to feel like we were conquering something after all, because the average man's life had become routine and boring. In fact it was so much so that we had people killing themselves over how routine and boring it was - if you can even believe that.
- We had grown so entitled to our comfortable life that when the bottom dropped out it wasn't fear that prevented us from acknowledging it, it was arrogance. Even as a series of global events began to rack the world we had the audacity to stare up at the sky, loudly clear our throat, and shout "One horseman at a time, please", before going back inside to watch television.
- Most people had their own preference of denial - some would drown in despair with drugs or drink, some would reason that this would all blow over, some held out hope for the government to save them. Whatever their method was, they all refused to deny that things might be forever changing and that our way of life was proving to be ephemeral.
The screen cuts to black. After more distortion, the menu music from Majora's Mask begins. The game fades in and Link wakes up in a broken West Clock Town. The Clock Tower is activated and the moon is directly above. The title screen appears and he presses start.
On the file select screen, there is one file: END. This file is selected.

- The spectrogram contains a hidden message that reads, "can anyone hear me?" However, only the section reading "can anyon" is clearly visible, with the rest much harder to see. The message repeats faintly afterward.
- When the gameplay starts, Link is standing out of bounds, where West Clock Town should be, but with South Clock Town loaded. Less conspicuous details include:
- Both the top of the Clock Tower and the Moon are facing the opposite direction from where they should be.
- The Clock Tower is activated, but it it is still daytime on the Final Day.
