Sonata is the tenth video of Moon Children and the seventeenth video in Ben Drowned. It is preceded by continue and followed by huntyoudown.wmv.
This is the eighth video response to be accepted and given an effect.
Synopsis
On September 20, 2010, following Alex's revival, a YouTube user called Cerxi uploaded a video of Link playing the Sonata of Awakening while wearing the Mask of Truth.
Effect
It is unknown what this song actually achieved, but it is most likely the cause of Alex's disappearance.

Link stands in the forest area from the beginning of Majora's Mask, wearing the Mask of Truth. He plays the Sonata of Awakening.
Notes
- Shortly after this video was posted, Alex commented the following on it: "What have you done..."
- This is the only video response to feature Link wearing a mask.
- A mouse cursor can be seen very briefly at the beginning.
- The original video was removed from Cerxi's channel in 2016. It was re-uploaded by the Jadusable Archive channel.
- This video is a unique case in that, once it was removed from Cerxi's channel, no archived copies appeared to exist, effectively rendering it lost. It remained lost until 2018, when it was discovered in an archive compiled by AviaRayne.
