After the introduction, the first shot of the video begins with a cutscene panning around East Clock Town, displaying the various features of the location, including the Milk Bar, the Stock Pot Inn, and the Mayor’s Residence. Sarah briefly takes in her surroundings, taking a quick gander around the town before entering the Stock Pot Inn. Upon entering, Sarah is met with a cryptic inky darkness within the Inn. All is silent except for the constant ticking of the nearby clock. After pausing for a few moments, the “unavailable item” sound plays. After searching the front lobby of the Inn in first person view, Sarah stealthily sneaks through the unlit lobby and heads for the hallway at the back of the building.

As she enters the hallway, Bongo Bongo’s baleful cry roars through the Inn. Seemingly unsettled by the unforeseen occurrence, Sarah uses Z-Targeting to proceed carefully down the dark hallway. After pausing to peer into the lobby room from the back entrance, Sarah continues down the hallway and peeks into the kitchen. The kitchen is still and dark, lit dimly only by the two peculiar windows in the back of the room. She slowly pans around the room in first person from the entrance in the hallway. For a moment, the text box seems to malfunction as words seemingly form beneath the text of the Moon Child’s dialogue. The screen then flashes, releasing Sarah from the cutscene. Back at the Inn’s kitchen, Sarah finds that the area has been restored to its original lighting. Sarah slowly walks out of the kitchen and into the hallway. After examining the features of the lobby, she heads toward the end of the hallway, where the ''Battle'' theme is heard. Sarah cautiously edges her way out of the hallway. Turning to the stairs, Sarah encounters the source of the noise – a '''''Skulltula''''' guarding the entrance to the second floor.

Immediately, Sarah notices that something is amiss. The conventional, carefree music of Clock Town is notably absent, having been replaced by an unnerving soundtrack. Taking a few steps forward from the Clock Tower, Sarah notices that the NPCs in South Clock Town have been transformed into ReDeads. After briefly glancing around her surroundings, Sarah sneaks past a nearby ReDead and pauses to more closely examine the new foes. Sneaking up on a crouching ReDead, Sarah locks onto it and examines it with the help of Tatl. “'''''ReDead…'''''” said Tatl. “''Did… he turn them into…? There’s nothing you can do for them now.''”

Sarah is interrupted in her examination as she is frozen by the frightful gaze of a ReDead standing upon a nearby platform. After repeated attacks by the nearby ReDeads, Sarah manages to struggle free of their grasp. She pulls out the Ocarina of Time and plays the '''Sun’s Song''', freezing the ReDeads and moving the game’s clock forward to the Night of the First Day. With the ReDeads held at bay with the song’s power, Sarah dashes into East Clock Town, where she further encounters another swarm of enemies. She narrowly evades the ghastly foes and rushes back through the front door of the Stock Pot Inn.

After a cursory glance around at her immediate surroundings, Sarah jumps down from the platform and pauses after a short distance to examine her surroundings more thoroughly in first-person view. After a few moments, Sarah hurries across the field toward Milk Road. After leaping over a fence, she halts for a moment more, panning around her surroundings in first-person view. Moments later, Sarah heads toward the entrance to the Road, pausing to read the sign along the way.

Sarah brandishes the Master Sword and engages her foes in hand-to-hand combat. Despite their advantage in numbers, the enemies prove to be no match for Sarah’s power and skill. After evading their furious attacks, Sarah leaps backward and unleashes another flurry of arrows, slaying three of the attacking Dinolfos. With the boulders normally blocking the route to the Ranch having vanished, Sarah proceeds through the entrance to the location. As Sarah enters the Ranch, the video concludes.

The video commences with the Rosa intro, with a number of scenes entangled within the sequence. Several scenes from “The Last Hero.wmv”, the previous video, are displayed: a shot of the Potion Seller (previously revealed to be Matt) speaking with Sarah, the Elegy of Emptiness statue in a blue-grey tinted void, the results from the Patreon Location Poll, and a clip of Sarah heading toward East Clock Town.

A bug can be seen crawling on the floor. Sarah withdraws from first person view and carefully creeps into the room. Upon entering, Tatl curiously flies to the right side of the room, emitting a blue color. Sarah quickly turns to the right and discovers the presence of a character hiding in a nearby corner that cannot normally be found in the Stock Pot Inn – a Moon Child.

The shot focuses in on Sarah and the Moon Child as she engages him in conversation. “Your real face… Show it to me…” said the Moon Child. The scene then fades to black and a new cutscene begins. The scene opens in a void with a bluish-gray hue, the shot centering on the Moon Child, who is wearing Odolwa’s mask. The shot abruptly turns to Sarah, who appears perplexed by the sudden change in her surroundings.

Have you ever hurt someone by accident?” asked the Moon Child. The camera briefly switches to the Moon Child before turning back to Sarah. The Moon Child continues on:

What’s the matter – nothing to say? This is our home. I don’t want to play with you. But that’s not up to either of us, is it? We’re guided by something greater, just like you.

The screen fades to black, and the Moon Child concludes his dialogue with one final question:

I wonder which side will win?

For a moment, the text box seems to malfunction as words seemingly form beneath the text of the Moon Child’s dialogue. The screen then flashes, releasing Sarah from the cutscene. Back at the Inn’s kitchen, Sarah finds that the area has been restored to its original lighting. Sarah slowly walks out of the kitchen and into the hallway. After examining the features of the lobby, she heads toward the end of the hallway, where the Battle theme is heard. Sarah cautiously edges her way out of the hallway. Turning to the stairs, Sarah encounters the source of the noise – a Skulltula guarding the entrance to the second floor.

Stripped of her ability to use her sword or items within the Inn, Sarah resorts to manipulating the game’s mechanics to force her way past the enemy. After several attempts, Sarah succeeds. Upon getting back on her feet, she catches a glimpse of the Moon Child from the kitchen before the game freezes. Left with no other choice, Sarah resets the game, encountering a “glitched” title screen. Upon selecting her file, Sarah starts back at the Dawn of the First Day in front of the Clock Tower.

“ReDead…” said Tatl. “Did… he turn them into…? There’s nothing you can do for them now.

Sarah is interrupted in her examination as she is frozen by the frightful gaze of a ReDead standing upon a nearby platform. After repeated attacks by the nearby ReDeads, Sarah manages to struggle free of their grasp. She pulls out the Ocarina of Time and plays the Sun’s Song, freezing the ReDeads and moving the game’s clock forward to the Night of the First Day. With the ReDeads held at bay with the song’s power, Sarah dashes into East Clock Town, where she further encounters another swarm of enemies. She narrowly evades the ghastly foes and rushes back through the front door of the Stock Pot Inn.

Upon entering the front lobby, a text box appears on the screen, instructing Sarah:

Go collect that Moon Child’s heart and listen to your own.

Treading carefully, Sarah makes her way across the lobby and up the stairs to the second floor of the Inn. Upon reaching the top of the stairs, Sarah turns and examines the hallway, finding a Piece of Heart at the end. She darts to the end of the hallway and collects the item. The screen fades to black as Sarah receives the Piece of Heart, and another text box appears on the screen. “That’s one… good. We’ll need three more if we want to free everyone.” The Potion Seller’s weary sigh is heard in the background. Matt continues on:

Things are going to get rough… but try not to worry. Besides, death doesn’t exist. Not permanently, anyway. This world isn’t so unlike your own. After an infinite amount of time, the odds that you’ll be back living this life again approach 100%.

After the dialogue ends, Sarah proceeds toward the stairs, attempting to enter the door opposite the head of the stairwell on the left. After finding herself barred from entry, she turns and makes to leave. She examines the mask decoration on the wall above the stairwell for a few moments before entering the door on the right to leave the Inn.

Back outside on the roof of the Inn, Sarah climbs upon the portion of the fence overlooking East Clock Town.

Upon entering Milk Road, Sarah is ambushed by a gang of Dinolfos, who charge at her from the opposite end of the Road. Sarah pulls out her bow and fires a flurry of arrows at her opponents, but to no avail; the agile enemies successfully evade the projectiles and continue to push forward.
