Circle is a resident of World άλφα within the Majora's Mask cartridge. His vessel within the game is Tatl, which allowed him to assist Sarah after she helped him regain his memories. He served as both a normal fairy and Sarah's method of speaking to others within the cartridge.

History

Prior to 2020

At an unknown point in time before Sarah entered World άλφα from the hotel, Circle ascended and his consciousness was placed within Tatl, where his memories would fade over time.

Awakening Arc

Prior to Sarah entering Clock Town at the end of The Truth.wmv, Circle's whereabouts were unknown. Upon her entry, he briefly appeared in response to the dog outside the Clock Tower.

Personality

Little is known about Circle's personality, but in addition to the encyclopedic knowledge of the world around him, he is shown to possess a great fondness for the people living inside of World άλφα. He was visibly upset when informed that he and Sarah would cease to exist after the world's reset, particularly due to the possibility that nobody would know of their sacrifice.

• Circle is an in-game personification of CircleHunter. The role of Tatl was specifically chosen for him as a reference to his status as the owner of the Jadusable Wiki, a repository of information comparable to fairies or other in-game companions from The Legend of Zelda series.
