The [[Haunted Majora's Mask Cartridge]] ARG follows the story of a malevolent entity called [[BEN]], which a college student called "[[Jadusable (character)|Jadusable]]" discovered in an old copy of ''The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask''. Initially posted on 4chan, the story turned into an alternate reality game when the players unknowingly helped release BEN onto the Internet. In their attempts to stop it, players stumbled across the [[Moon Children]], a cult that somehow had ties to BEN. Various characters and players - [[Ifrit]], [[Rosa]], [[Alex (character)|Alex]], and [[Ryukaki]] - tried to take on BEN and failed, sacrificing themselves so we may have a chance to defeat him.

ABOUT THE STORY

Ben Drowned initially followed the story of Jadusable, a college student who discovered a malevolent entity called BEN lying dormant within a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. After posting his findings on 4chan, Jadusable disappeared and BEN was seemingly released onto the Internet. In their attempts to stop it, readers stumbled upon the Moon Children, a cult with dark secrets and ties to BEN's origin. Throughout the years, various players and characters alike – such as Rosa, Alex, and Sarah – have fought to uncover the truth behind a child's murder, the people responsible, and the disappearance of anyone who stands in their way.
